Restrictions are in place for the numbers attending funeral services. 25 people in the West chapel and 50 people in the South chapel are allowed with a maximum of 100 attendees inclusive of outside areas. Social distancing must be maintained.

Funeral Gatherings

As at the 15th May 2020, if you are attending a burial, grave side or ash placement service, 100 mourners are allowed with no overflow in surroundings areas. These restrictions must be strictly adhered to with social distancing still maintained.

Live Streaming

During this difficult period, Live Streaming can be added to your funeral service at no charge.

Services & Funerals Registration

Funeral Directors will be required to keep a register of those who attend services and funerals. The register may be required in the event that an infection occurs and tracking activity be undertaken by the Department of Health. SMCNSW will request to view this register prior to the service or burial commencing.

Our staff have the right to refuse to assist you if you are abusive or threatening.
